ALL THE PIECES ARE HAND-MADE TO ORDER,SO WHILE YOUR ORDER WILL PROBABLY GO OUT PRETTY QUICKLY (1-2 DAYS) IT COULD TAKE UP TO 1 WEEK TO SHIP, DEPENDING ON HOW BUSY WE ARE. REFUNDS, ORDERS, RETURNS POLICIES:

Purchased jewelry may be exchanged within ten (10) business days of receipt if returned unworn and in its original packaging. To return a purchased item of jewelry for refund, you must notify us by E-mail within five (5) business days of receipt of jewelry and receive a Return Authorization Number. You assume all responsibility for the security, shipping and handling of your returned and/or exchanged item(s). You may either exchange the item for another or have a refund issued to your credit card if all the conditions for return are met. Sale items and special order items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
